Orders made through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. The Hippo Family Creates may choose at any time to cancel your order, with a full refund issued. Officially, no contract will exist between yourself and The Hippo Family Creates until your order has been dispatched. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. This is subject to change depending on the nature of your order.

Delivery Information

Once orders are processed, our average delivery times are 3-5 working days, which is subject to change.

On the rare occasion we are out of stock, products would be expected to be dispatched in around 7 days. If there is a delay, you will be notified. We will endeavour to update our stock levels daily to reduce the risk of disappointing our customers.
